Gentlemen:


Frank Tremaine recently put together a report on UPI's history,
organization and operations for a UNESCO commission studying
news agencies and information flow.  It updates a lot of old information
and contains material which should be familiar to all Unipressers
but may not be.  It also contains answers to questions which sometimes
are asked of us.
